'Run Diary' (hereinafter referred to as the "App") prioritizes your privacy. This App operates as a Local-only application and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers.

1. Data Storage (Local Database)

The App does not require account creation. All data, including running logs and health metrics, is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. The developer has no access to your data, and no data is synced to our servers.

2. Information Collection and Use

The App processes the following information locally solely for functionality:

• Health Data (HealthKit): Used to display running statistics (Heart Rate, Calories, Distance) with your explicit permission.
• User Input: Running memos, condition, and shoes worn.

3. HealthKit Data Protection

With respect to Apple HealthKit data:

• We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or data mining.
• We do not sell or share your health data with third parties.
• All health data remains processed locally on your device.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, simply deleting the App will permanently erase all data. We cannot recover data once the App is deleted.
